The following license agreement is a binding contract between you and Paul Faivret EI (“Company,” “we” and “us”), a French registered business (851 212 191 00023). The following license applied to UI Kit Design System, a product available on this website.

By purchasing or downloading UI Kit Design System ("Item") you are being granted a license to use this file for specific uses under certain conditions. This license grants the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilise the digital good ("Item").

You are licensed to use purchased Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients.

The End Product represents a customized implementation of the Item, such as using the Item's package of UI elements to create your unique website or app design.

• Develop an End Product for a client.

• Create an End Product for personal or commercial use.

• Combine the Item with other works and create derivative works, subject to this license's terms.

• Utilize the Item multiple times across various projects.

• Share the Item within your organization's team library or with participants, provided you have a team license that grants access to up to 10 users. For larger teams, please contact hello@uikit.design for arrangements.

• Share the Item link publicly or distribute it with Figma public access.

• Include any of the Item's design files in the End Product as they are.

• Redistribute the Item as part of a template, library, or product for another platform or software, even if modified.

• Make the Item available as-is or with minor alterations to others.

• Permit end users of the End Product to extract and use the Item separately.

• Share the item in your team library or grant edit permissions to others if you have an individual license (also called "Pro license")

All products and their original content, features and functionality will remain the exclusive property of Company.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of your use of Service, including but not limited to out of your violation of the Terms.

To the fullest extent provided by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Item.

As the Item is digital in nature, we do not provide refunds. We recommend that you carefully preview the file on Figma to make sure it's right for you.
